The Toni Turchi Foundation is an Ohio based nonprofit corporation and is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions made to Toni Turchi Foundation are tax deductible for federal income tax purposes to the full extent of the law.
